We moved from Houston to Bentonville in 2000 and quickly fell in love with the energy and potential of downtown living. What started as an appreciation for walkable streets and local character grew into a passion for creating homes that make the most of everything this area has to offer.

My focus is on building and providing custom homes, executive rental properties, and both short-term and long-term rentals designed for people who want to truly experience downtown Bentonville. I love the convenience of stepping outside to grab dinner, pick up groceries, meet friends, or start the day at our favorite coffee shop—Onyx. Being able to enjoy diverse cuisine, local events, and the vibrant downtown atmosphere is what makes this lifestyle so special.

 Since 2015, my wife Julie and I have been an active part of the downtown fabric. As our interior designer, Julie brings warmth, style, and thoughtful details to every home, creating inviting spaces that feel comfortable and lived-in. I focus on the building process, layout, and overall design, ensuring each home functions beautifully and fits seamlessly into the downtown lifestyle.
